Unibroue Brewing

Unibroue is located in Chambly, Quebec, Canada. It was founded in 1993 by Serge Racine and André Dion. In 2004, Sleeman Brewers Ltd. bought out the company. It was then bought out by Sapporo in 2006. Unibroue was the first microbrewery out of three in the Greater Montreal area.

Unibroue Beer

Unibroue brews a wide variety of beers, but their main focus is Belgium-style brews. Most of their beer contain yeast sediment which gives additional fermentation after bottling. This practice produces a beer that is well aged as long as it is kept is a dark and unrefrigerated area. This also makes the beer more inexpensive to ship to markets internationally. Almost all of the labels on their beer include the best temperature to enjoy them at. Some of their most known brewed beers are Maudite, La Fin du Monde, and Don de Dieu. These are also all examples of their Belgium style brews. Check out their website to buy beer online.
